By accessing or using AW Receptionist AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Scope of Service

AW Receptionist AI is an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers, qualifies, and books appointments on inbound calls. The Service includes:

• Call handling and transcription
• Integration with CRM and calendar systems
• Appointment booking automation
• Call recording and analytics

3. Account & Signup

You must provide accurate, complete information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Fees & Billing

See our Pricing page for current rates. Billing occurs monthly or annually (as selected). By providing payment information, you authorize automatic charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:
